Strategic Freight Procurement is focused on the target group of shippers as TM customer.
The shipper is sending Freight Agreement RFQ’s to carriers/LSP’s in order to create/renew a Freight Agreement for a certain trade lane, mode of transport , etc . The carriers/LSP’s will respond to the RFQ and the shipper can then decide which offer will get awarded.
As a final step, a new Freight Agreement is created.
